• Check-in: pon arrival, we will ask you to provide a valid photo ID (for minors as well) and a credit card. To facilitate a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays or difficulties with your check-in (this will not be grounds for complaints or refund requests).
• Check-in after 7:30 PM: If you suppose to arrive after 7:30 PM, please notify us in advance. Late check-ins will only be possible with written confirmation and will incur an additional charge.
• Special Requests: Will be fulfilled based on availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Late check-out: Available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• House Rules: To ensure the maximum comfort for all guests, parties or events are not allowed within the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as well as bringing or consuming alcohol or illegal substances. Access is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
• Minors: It is necessary for minors to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have valid photo IDs to enter.
• Tourist Tax: Not included in the price and must be paid separately at check-in.

• Free cancellation: Up to 14 days before the arrival date for rates that allow it.
• Cancellation after the deadline or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
